Area schools receive recognition from Lt. Governor’s office
St. Joseph District #169, St. Joseph-Ogden High School, Prairieview-Ogden and Heritage Schools were recognized by the Lt. Governor’s office for appearing in the Second Edition of the Journal of Local Government Shared Services Best Practices.
This report highlights 20 of the best examples from across the state of public entities that are helping to provide more effective and efficient while saving taxpayers money. The schools are apart of a Special Education Cooperative that shares social workers, psychologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists among other professionals. Additionally, PVO, District #169 and SJO share transportation services.
