In accordance with Champaign County Public Health guidelines, the Homer Community Library is canceling all programs until at least April 1st.
“We will try to remain open for as long as we can but that decision we will made day-to-day,” a Facebook post said.
The Library will stay open until we get guidance from the State or County Public Health Departments that we should close.
They are taking some extra precautions to help keep our staff and patrons safe by more frequently disinfecting the public computer tables and equipment and are in the processing of putting away all of the common area childrens’ toys.
They are wiping down all materials as they are being returned and staff are frequently washing hands/using hand sanitizer between patrons.
