Katie Cramer
Basketball (4 years), Soccer (1 year), Student Council, SADA, FCA, Maroon Platoon
Katie lives with her family in St. Joseph. She has one older sister. Her hobbies include walking her dog, working, playing sports, and hanging out with friends. Katie’s greatest memories at SJO revolve around sporting events. She has always enjoyed going to all of the SJO football games to cheer on the team. During her junior year, Katie and the SJO girls’ basketball team earned a 3rd place IHSA State trophy, and that whole experience is something Katie will never forget. After high school, Katie will attend Carthage College to study athletic training and to play soccer. Her advice for future SJO students is to enjoy everything high school has to offer because it goes by so fast. Her favorite classes at SJO were Biology, Anatomy, Geography, and World History. Throughout her years of schooling, Katie’s favorite teachers include Mr. Risley and Mrs. Kinney at St. Joseph Middle School and Mr. Glazier, Mr. Schacht, Mrs. Kietzman, and Mr. Simondsen at St. Joseph-Ogden High School. Bailey Dowling
Softball (4 years), Basketball (1 year), Maroon Platoon, Spanish Club, Future Spartans Mentoring Program
Bailey lives in St. Joseph with her family. She has two older sisters. Her main hobby is hanging out with family and friends. Bailey has a lot of great memories at SJO. She enjoyed competing in the IHSA State Softball Tournament as a freshman. Bailey will also remember her signing day this past fall when she signed her letter of intent to play softball at the University of Alabama. Moments after her signing, she rode the SJO fan bus to Redbird Arena to cheer on and watch the SJO volleyball team in IHSA State Competition. She is thankful that she got to experience both of these moments on the same day. After high school, Bailey is headed to Tuscaloosa to study business or sports psychology and to play softball at the University of Alabama. Her advice for future SJO students is to enjoy the journey. Her favorite classes at SJO were Info Processing, Physics, and English. Throughout her years of schooling, Bailey’s favorite teachers include Mr. Risley, Mrs. Kinney, and Mr. Steele at St. Joseph Middle School and Mr. Glazier, Mrs. Lindenmeyer, Mrs. Franzen, Senor Sutton, and Mr. Skinner at St. Joseph-Ogden High School. Faith Dahman
Cheer (4 years), Track & Field (2 years), NHS President, SADA President, AMP, Future Spartans Mentoring Program, Spanish Club Leader, Bible Club Leader, Maroon Platoon, SJO Handbook Committee, Drama Club, We The People
Faith lives in St. Joseph with her family. She has one younger brother. Her hobbies are working at Sholem Pool, walking, and spending time with family and friends. Faith has a lot of positive memories at SJO. She enjoyed mentoring in the Advisory Mentoring Program and in the Future Spartans Mentoring Program. She also enjoyed her time as an SJO cheerleader, especially during the Homecoming games and at all of the Homecoming assemblies. After high school, Faith will be attending the University of Illinois to double major in pre-law and political science. Her advice for future SJO students is to get involved in as many sports, activities, and clubs as you can. Her favorite classes at SJO were Advanced Civics with Mr. Schacht, Trigonometry with Mr. Duval, and U.S. History with Mr. Beckett. Throughout her years of schooling, Faith’s favorite teachers include Mrs. Lubinski and Mrs. Ford at St. Joseph Middle School and Senor Sutton and Mr. Schacht at St. Joseph-Ogden High School. Brianna Dingman
Chorus, FFA
Brianna lives in St. Joseph with her family. She has one younger brother and one younger sister. Her hobbies are listening to music, drawing, watching TV, and practicing cosmetology. Brianna’s greatest memories at SJO revolve around her Chorus classes. She really enjoyed the ILMEA District Chorus Competition at Eastern Illinois University during her senior year. After high school, Brianna plans to attend Lakeland College to study cosmetology. Also, as she goes to college, she plans to look for a job at a daycare. Her advice for future SJO students is to do your homework and stay caught up. Her favorite classes at SJO were Art, Chorus, and Sociology. Throughout her years of schooling, Brianna’s favorite teachers include Mrs. Bayles and Mr. Risley at St. Joseph Middle School and Mrs. Brooks, Mrs. Benoit, and Mr. Wolf at St. Joseph-Ogden High School.
