Medalist Zach Buesing carded a 41 and defeated two others – including teammate Jake Gilles – by one shot on Thursday (Sept. 17) at Tri-City Country Club.
St. Joseph-Ogden won the dual meet 185-189. Okaw Valley participated but did not have enough players to be scored as a team.
Other VG/Heritage competitors were Nicolas Wilson (49), Liam Barr (57), Jalen Southard (57) and Noah Davison (65).
VG/Heritage (1-8) returns to action on Tuesday (Sept. 22) at Arcola.
