Medalist Travis Goodner and runner-up Case Kopacz sparked Oakwood to a second-place team finish on Monday (Sept. 21) in a three-school meet at Danville’s Harrison Park.
Goodner, a senior, carded a 40 and Kopacz, a sophomore, put up a 41.
Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin was the meet winner (181), followed by Oakwood (186) and Westville (206).
Other Oakwood participants were Reed Sperry (48), Kyle McFarland (57), Mason Goodner (67) and Seth Halls (70).
Oakwood (11-8) returns to action on Thursday (Sept. 24) against Salt Fork, also at Harrison Park.
