Two Comets received all-conference honors for their performance on Thursday (Oct. 1) in the Vermilion Valley meet at Harrison Park, in Danville.
Senior Travis Goodner was fifth with an 89. Sophomore Case Kopacz tied for sixth with a 90.
Other Oakwood scores were: Kyle McFarland (101), Reed Sperry (109), Mason Goodner (128) and Seth Halls (130).
Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin earned the team title with a composite score of 349. Oakwood ended fifth in the seven-school field with a total of 389.
The Comets return to action in a Class 1A regional on Tuesday (Oct. 6) at Harrison Park.
