Balanced scoring pushes Comets over Chrisman

Aaliyah Denius scored a season-high 16 points, helping Oakwood to its top scoring performance of the season on Monday (March 1), a 62-31 win at home over Chrisman. Denius made all four of her free throw attempts.
Addie Wright netted 15 points, 10 in the opening quarter as the Comets jumped into a 24-8 lead.
Karsen Rupp made 14 points, also a season-high. Ashlynn Pinnick contributed eight points.
Oakwood (3-5) concludes its abbreviated season on Thursday (March 4) at home against Westville.
