Hawks fall in Lincoln Prairie Conference match

Despite eight digs from senior Anna Smith and eight assists from freshman Mary Roland, Heritage dropped a 25-23, 25-16 loss in its volleyball home-opener on Tuesday (March 16) to Tri-County in a Lincoln Prairie Conference match.

Kiley Knoll had three kills and four digs for the Hawks. Sanders and Torie Rothermel each had two kills. Smith served one ace and Rothermel had one block to go with three digs.

Heritage (0-1) returns to action on Monday (March 22) at home against Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond.
