St. Joseph Grade School will be conducting screenings on April 6-7 for children eligible to enter kindergarten this fall. To be eligible for kindergarten a child must be age 5 by September 1, 2021. During this time, your child will meet with a kindergarten teacher and a speech pathologist.

If your child attends the Spectrum program you will receive a separate email, you do not need to sign up for a time slot.
Please bring with you:
∙ Proof of residency (utility bill, rental agreement, etc.) ∙ Child’s Birth Certificate
∙ Physical and Immunization Records
∙ Dental form from Dentist
∙ Vision form from Optometrist
What do I need to do? Schedule a time to bring your child in for screening by going to the school website and following the link to sign up or calling the grade school office at 469- 2291. *After signing up for a time you will receive a link (via email) to complete the pre-enrollment/registration form. *Once this is done you will receive a second email to create an account in our parent portal where you can fill in the rest of the enrollment forms.
