Hawks defeat Blue Devils in two sets
For the second time in three days, Heritage scored a two-set sweep of a volleyball opponent at home.
On Thursday (April 8), the Hawks powered past Villa Grove, 25-12, 25-17.
Junior Bri Struck continued her recent series of stellar performances, pounding a match-high 13 kills. In her last three matches, Struck has landed 38 kills.
She also had four digs and two blocks.
Anna Sanders handed out 22 assists to go with two digs and a block.
Anna Sanders totaled five kills and three digs while Kiley Knoll contributed four kills, five digs and one ace.
Lily Ploense ended with five digs and an ace. Torie Rothermel chipped in with three digs, one kill and one ace.
Heritage (3-7) returns to action on Monday (April 12) at Toledo Cumberland.
