SJ-O Soccer picks up win over Unity

St. Joseph-Ogden completed a two-match sweep of Unity this spring by defeating the Rockets 3-1 on Thursday (April 8) in Tolono.
SJ-O scored twice in the first half on goals by Spencer Wilson and Mason Behrens.
Will Page added a second-half tally.
Goalkeeper Hunter Ketchum posted 14 saves, his third match reaching double figures in his last four games.
On Saturday (April 10), Newton snapped a 2-2 halftime deadlock and edged the Spartans, 4-2.
Logan Ingram netted both of the Spartans’ goals, the second one assisted by Ethan Lane.
Ketchum registered 13 saves.
For the season, Ingram (15 goals) and Behrens (12 goals) are the team’s top two scorers.
SJ-O (5-6-1) returns to action on Tuesday (April 13) at home against St. Thomas More.
