The Hawks dropped their season-opener at home on Wednesday (April 21), 13-7, to Tri-County despite slugging three home runs.
Paige George socked two home runs and Malani Smithenry knocked one out of the park. George drove in four runs and Smithenry had two RBI. Bri Struck had a double and knocked in one run.
