The Comets placed third in a 12-school sectional tournament held on Thursday (May 6) at Clinton Lake.
Oakwood’s competitors, Dylan Bensyl and Reed Sperry weighed in bass that totaled 9 pounds and 8 ounces.
This is the 12th year for the IHSA Bass Fishing postseason series.
