Andrew Beyers, Hayden Brazelton, Isaiah Immke and Keaton Nolan all collected two hits on Saturday as St. Joseph-Ogden stayed unbeaten in Illini Prairie Conference baseball games with a 14-8 win at home over Stanford Olympia.
Zach Martinie drove in three runs while Brazelton and Coby Miller (who walked three times) scored three runs apiece. Immke, Tyler Altenbaumer and Crayton Burnett each knocked in two runs.
Martinie pitched the first five innings and improved his record to 5-0. He struck out six, walked one and yielded just two earned runs.
SJ-O (27-2) returns to action on Monday (May 31) in its regular-season home-finale against Stanford Olympia. The Spartans are 12-0 in conference action.
