Homer is gearing up for a Fourth of July celebration.
Although the usual activities, like a parade and games a Village Hall will not be part of the event on July 4, the Homer Activity Committee has announced that vendors, such as Bud’s BBQ, the Moo Mobile, and the usual inflatable/glow stick vendor will be available prior to the firework event that usually draws crowds from miles around.
“As of now, there are no other activities planned but we hope to see you all for fireworks and next year for a full-on 4th of July with all of the usual fun!,” the Homer Activity Committee wrote on their Facebook page.
