In a match between schools with Blue Devils as their nickname, Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin topped Villa Grove, 25-19, 25-19 on Thursday (Sept. 2).
Vanessa Wright landed six kills and also served three aces. Kayln Cordes contributed 12 assists and three aces.
Villa Grove (3-4) returns to action on Tuesday (Sept. 7) at home against Chrisman.
