The Comets’ lone competitor in the Saturday (Sept. 14) Paxton-Buckley-Loda Cross-Country Invitational was Ethan Brewer.

He finished the 3-mile course in a season-best 25 minutes and 3 seconds and placed 89th.

Oakwood returns to action on Tuesday (Sept. 14) in the Vermilion County Meet at Oakwood.
