SJO Soccer gets two consecutive shut-outs

Junior Aiden Cromwell scored two goals on Wednesday (Sept. 15) as the St. Joseph-Ogden soccer team shut out its second consecutive opponent, winning 3-0 at Stanford Olympia.
SJ-O led, 1-0, at halftime on a goal by Cromwell, assisted by Garrett Siems.
Brennan Haake also netted a goal for the Spartans. Teammates with assists were Jared Emmert and Owen Baltzell.
Goalkeepers Hunter Ketchum and Carter Mabry teamed up for the shutout. Ketchum had five saves in 60 minutes. Mabry had four saves in 20 minutes.
SJ-O (6-5-1) returns to action on Saturday (Sept. 18) at Chillicothe IVC.
