Jake Gilles carded a 50 on Thursday (Sept 16) to lead Villa Grove, which placed third in a three-school golf meet at Tri-City Country Club.

Teammates Jesse Bessent and Gavin Kiser each shot 54.

Other scores for the Blue Devils were: Nick Wilson (61), Josh Lecher (70) and James Nelson (70).

St. Joseph-Ogden was the meet winner (179) followed by Okaw Valley (187) and Villa Grove (219).
