Kaylee Arbuckle and Emma Buesing each drained three three-point shots on Monday (Nov. 29), but Villa Grove’s girls’ basketball team fell just short of Westville in its home opener, 48-46.
Buesing registered 14 points and Arbuckle collected 13 points. Hailey Stutz scored seven points and Ava Vollmer added six points.
Villa Grove (0-2 on the court) returns to action on Thursday (Dec. 2) at home against Tolono Unity.
