Oakwood/Salt Fork’s wrestlers won five of six contested matches and also picked up six forfeits en route to a 67-6 dual-meet triumph over St. Joseph-Ogden.
Three Comets recorded pins, with the fastest at 126 pounds by Pedro Rangel in 1 minute and 26 seconds. Also notching pins were Reid Dazey (145) and Brysen Vasquez (160).
Carter Chambliss registered an 8-3 decision at 120 pounds and Reef Pacot (132) won a major decision, 12-0.
Picking up forfeits were Brayden Edwards (106), Bryson Capansky (138), Grant Brewer (152), Ezekiel Smith (170), Doug Myers (182) and Jamison VanVickle (285).
Oakwood/Salt Fork returns to action on Saturday (Dec. 11) at Vandalia.
