Urbana University High pulled away in the second quarter on Tuesday (Jan. 4) and went on to a 50-23 victory over visiting Villa Grove.
Vanessa Wright hit a team-high 10 points for the Blue Devils. Kaylee Arbuckle notched two three-pointers and netted six points. Ava Vollmer netted four points and Emma Buesing chipped in with three points.
Villa Grove (0-9 on the court) returns to action on Monday (Jan. 10) at Toledo Cumberland.
