Top-seeded Bismarck-Henning handed second-seeded St. Joseph a 25-21, 25-16 loss on Wednesday (March 9) in the championship match of the St. Joseph Class 3A IESA volleyball regional tournament.

St. Joseph ends the season with a 13-7 overall record.

Bismarck-Henning, 16-6, won its next match to qualify for the 3A state tournament, which starts on Friday (March 18) in Pana.
