Oakwood’s softball team was limited to one hit in its season-opener, a 10-0 loss at home on Monday (March 14) to Marshall.

The Comets’ lone hit was a third-inning single by Savannah Nevitt. Oakwood’s Karsen Rupp pitched five innings and struck out three batters.

Oakwood (0-1) returns to action on Thursday (March 17) at LeRoy.
