Heritage was limited to four hits on Monday (May 9) and lost a 14-3 baseball decision at home to Okaw Valley.
The Hawks’ hits were by Brodie Meneely, Brennan Struck, Joey Markstahler and Zaien Smith.
Meneely, Smith and Kamble Pearman scored runs. Markstaher had one RBI.
On Wednesday (May 11), the Hawks were topped, 14-3, at Argenta-Oreana.
Robert Holloman provided Heritage with both of its hits, one of which was a double. He had one RBI as did Meneely.
Sam Gilbert, Pearman and Smith all scored runs.
Heritage (1-12) returns to action next week in a Class 1A regional tournament at Villa Grove on Monday (May 16).
