Sophomore Nate Stewart was the Oakwood medalist for the first time this season on Wednesday (Aug. 31), but the Comets lost a golf meet to Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin, 187-221.

Stewart fired a 48.

Other scores for the Comets were Mason Goodner (50), Kyle McFarland (55), Riley Whaling (68), Lily Harden (69) and Gage Warren (69).

Oakwood (3-6) returns to action on Thursday (Sept. 1) at Blue Ridge.
