Shayne Immke and Peyton Williams each smacked eight kills on Monday (Sept. 12) as St. Joseph-Ogden traveled to Hoopeston Area and topped the Cornjerkers, 25-9, 25-17.
Immke and Williams each added five digs and Williams also served one ace.
Taylor Hug dished out 19 assists to go with four digs and three kills. Addie Roesch landed six kills and four aces.
On Wednesday (Sept. 14), the Spartans won at Danville, 25-16, 25-11. Hug delivered 17 assists to go with two digs and one kill.
Immke had seven kills, Roesch had six kills and Williams added three kills. Roesch landed six aces, Immke had three and Williams two.
Defensively, Williams contributed five digs, Roesch had three and Immke two.
SJ-O (10-4) returns to action on Thursday (Sept. 15) at home against St. Thomas More.
