Russell finishes among top runners at Richard Spring Invitational

Oakwood/Salt Fork’s Macie Russell ended 57^th out of 410 runners on Saturday (Sept. 17) in the girls’ varsity division of the Richard Spring cross-country invitational at Detweiller Park, in Peoria.

Her 3-mile time was 19 minutes, 6.2 seconds.

Two teammates completed the course. Kalie Tison was 381^st in 24:10.1 and Gracie Hanner was 407^th in 26:56.1.

Oakwood/Salt Fork returns to action on Saturday (Sept. 24) in the SJ-O Spartan Classic.
