Mustangs win in home-finale
The next junior high round-up will be on Nov. 30.

Both Prairieview Ogden junior high girls’ basketball teams were victorious in their regular-season home finale on Tuesday (Nov. 15).
The seventh-graders (14-2) zipped past Heritage, 32-8.
Atleigh Miller hit a game-high 14 points. Greta Goldenstein ended with six points.
The eighth-graders (4-12) also topped visiting Heritage, 33-19. Miller and Olivia Berlatsky each tossed in 10 points. Anna Hammond backed them with five points.
The seventh-graders return to action in the IESA Class 1A regional as the No. 1 seed at Champaign Holy Cross. The Mustangs play in the semifinals on Monday (Nov. 21) against fourth-seeded Heritage, which beat fifth-seeded Holy Cross, 28-18, on Saturday (Nov. 19).
The PVO eighth-graders return to action in an IESA Class 1A regional quarterfinal contest at Champaign Holy Cross against third-seeded Philo St. Thomas on Monday (Nov. 28). PVO is the No. 6 seed.
