Junior Harley Grimm was the lone Oakwood/Salt Fork wrestler to win all three of his matches on Saturday (Dec. 3) in the Washington Super Duals.
The 195-pound Grimm pinned all three of his opponents.
Five teammates finished the day with records of 2-1. They were Brayden Edwards (106 pounds), Tyler Huchel (113 pounds), Julian Kincade (126 pounds), Reef Pacot (145 pounds) and Bryson Capansky (160 pounds).
Besides Grimm, the only other Comet to post a pin was Pacot.
Oakwood/Salt Fork defeated Aurora Christian 48-29, then dropped a narrow decision to Oak Park-River Forest, 35-32, before falling to Dakota, 51-24.
The Comet (1-2) return to action on Tuesday (Dec. 6) in their home-opener against St. Joseph-Ogden and Clifton Central.
