Comets defeat Cissna Park at home

Tanner Pichon scored a game-high 19 points on Friday (Jan. 27) as Oakwood decisioned Cissna Park at home, 62-35.
Three teammates joined him in double figures.
Finishing with 11 points apiece were Jackson Dudley and Brody Taflinger. Dalton Hobick added 10 points and Alec Harrison chipped in with six points.
The Comets led, 13-7, after one quarter and 36-20 at halftime.
Oakwood (18-7) returns to action on Tuesday (Jan. 31) at home against Westville. The Comets are 5-2 in Vermilion Valley Conference action.
