Heritage hit a season high for runs scored on Monday (April 10), but dropped a 19-9 baseball decision at home to Cerro Gordo/Bement.
Haiden Davis scored two runs and drove in two runs. Joey Markstahler also delivered two RBI. Davis was the fourth of four pitchers used by the Hawks and retired both batters that he faced.
On Wednesday (April 12), Robert Holloman had the team’s lone hit in a 10-1 loss at Decatur Lutheran. Zaien Smith tallied the run. Rylan White stole a season-high three bases. Anthony Happ reached base all three times that he batted, twice by walk and once when he was hit by a pitch.
Heritage (0-10) returns to action on Thursday (April 13) at Fisher.
