Bella Bradford collected two of Oakwood’s three hits – including a first-inning triple – on Friday (April 21) as the Comets dropped a 5-0 softball decision at Salt Fork.
Gracie Enos pitched six innings for Oakwood and took the loss. She recorded two strikeouts.
On Monday (April 24), the Comets picked up a forfeit win from Schlarman Academy, which didn’t have enough players to field a team.
Oakwood (6-15) returns to action on Tuesday (April 25) at home against North Vermillion (Ind.).
