Gracie Enos cracked three hits, drove in three runs and pitched five innings to earn the win on Tuesday (April 25) as Oakwood’s softball team clubbed North Vermillion (Ind.) at home, 13-5.
Enos yielded five hits and one walk while striking out two batters. Caydence Vermilion pitched the final two innings and recorded two strikeouts.
Bella Bradford and Karleigh Nelson both knocked in two runs. Gracie Hanner and Lacie Harrison each finished with two hits.
Oakwood (7-15) returns to action on Friday (April 28) at Chrisman.
