Tate highest finisher for Heritage at Monticello Invitational

Loran Tate was the highest individual finisher for the Heritage girls’ track and field team on Friday (April 27) in the Monticello Lady Sage Invitational.
Tate took 11th in the triple jump (30 feet, 1 inch).
Two of the Hawks’ relays wound up in 13th, including the 400-meter grouping of Tate, Madi Wilson, Alex Tatman and Savanah Gilliland. Their combined time was 57.80 seconds.
The school’s 800-meter relay, featuring the same four runners, was timed in 2:03.16.
Heritage will return to action on Monday (May 1) at Tuscola.
