Colby Schrock had a double and drove in two runs on Thursday (Aug. 17), but Heritage dropped a 12-2 decision to Mary Miller in a junior high baseball game.
Nathaniel Ely and Landin McComas scored the team’s runs.
Christian Paul and Ely had the team’s other hits. Paul pitched 4 1/3 innings and registered seven strikeouts to go with three walks.
Heritage (0-3) is scheduled to return to action on Monday (Aug. 28) at Rossville-Alvin.
