Despite a 30-4 edge in shots attempted, the Oakwood/Salt Fork soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision on Saturday (Aug. 26) at Watseka.
Both goals were scored in the first half.
Comets’ goalkeeper Jakob Rupp had one save.
Oakwood/Salt Fork (1-1 overall and in Vermilion Valley Conference play) returns to action on Monday (Aug. 28) at home against Monticello.
