Spartans pick up fourth shut out of 2023 season

Zach Harper and Logan Mills each netted four goals on Monday (Sept. 11) as the St. Joseph-Ogden soccer team recorded its fourth shutout of the season, 9-0 over Blue Ridge in Farmer City.

Carter Turner hit the Spartans’ other goal.

Tyler Hess and Spencer Wilson both assisted on two goals. Alex Acosta had one assist.

The Spartans defense prevented Blue Ridge from attempting any shots on goal.

SJ-O (8-3) returns to action on Thursday (Sept. 14) at Stanford Olympia.
