Heritage golf season comes to an end in regional tournament

Heritage’s first-year golf program placed 11th on Tuesday in the Tuscola Class 1A regional tournament at Tuscola’s Ironhorse Golf Course.
The Hawks’ regional participants were all sophomores: Anthony Happ (108) Rylan White (120), Brenley Sands (130) and Joshua Stierwalt (140).
St. Thomas More (308) won team honors in the meet and will be joined at the Kankakee Sectional by runner-up St. Joseph-Ogden (351) and third-place Marshall (363).
