Freshman Tristan Wenzelman was the lone Oakwood golfer in the Tuscola Class 1A regional tournament on Wednesday (Sept. 27).

He carded a 160 in the Comets’ season-ending meet.

On Monday (Sept. 27), Rowdy Vick-Phelps shot a 121 in the Vermilion Valley Conference Meet at Turtle Run, in Danville. Alex Silha shot a 129 and Wenzelman came in at 167.

Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin won the team title at the VVC meet.
