Halloween-themed events in Oakwood, St. Joseph, Ogden and Homer

OCTOBER 13 & 14
OAKWOOD PUBLIC LIBRARY
On October 13 and 14 from 6 pm-9 pm, the Oakwood Public Library will have a Haunted Library set up for free for anyone to come to walk through. Half of the library will be turned into a spooky maze for families to walk through.
This is a family-friendly event. If it is too spooky the library will have games for little ones.
OCTOBER 28
St. Joseph Fall Costume Parade
Saturday, October 28th 2023 @ 10am | Village Office
All Children must be accompanied by an adult
We will lead the parade through downtown participating businesses and end back at Village Hall for a Treat.
October 29
Trunk or Treat at Immanuel Lutheran Broadlands, 4 to 7 p.m.
We invite you to come out rain or shine to Trunk or treat at Immanuel on October 29th 2023.
We will have a trunk decorating contest for everyone who comes out to hand out candy to the kids.
4 p.m Trunk or Treat will start with a group photo and information.
4:30 p.m The trunk decorating contest will be voted on
4:30-7 we will have games, activities and hay rides ( hopefully)
5 p.m Dinner we will provide hot dogs and drinks, but we ask to please bring a side dish to share.
October 31
Village of Homer’s 2nd Annual Halloween Party and Trunk for Treats, 4 to 7 p.m.
Join us Tuesday, Oct. 31st for Homer’s 2nd Annual Halloween Party! We’ll have games and prizes, a Costume Contest for all ages, straw maze, food trucks, Trunk for Treats and more! Respond to the event page to receive notifications on posts highlighting what’s to come and plan to stop by!
