Addi Hopper drained a season-high three three-pointers on Friday (Nov. 24) for Heritage, which dropped a 47-33 loss to Westville in the seventh-place game of the Comet Classic girls’ basketball tournament in Fithian.
Hopper hit a team-high 11 points.
Brooklyn Powell netted 10 points. Bailey Lubben and Loran Tate finished with five points. Gracie Tate made two points.
When the schools played earlier in the season, Westville beat Heritage by 31 points.
On Wednesday (Nov. 22), Loran Tate collected six points to lead Heritage, which dropped a 46-17 loss to Oakwood in the Comet Classic in Fithian.
Bri Ploense contributed three points for the Hawks. Ending with two points each were Hopper, Lubben, Powell and Gracie Tate.
Heritage (0-7) returns to action on Monday (Nov. 27) at Urbana Uni High.
