SJ-O defeats Tuscola at home

St. Joseph-Ogden’s girls’ basketball team cracked the win column for the first time on Monday (Nov. 27) with a 61-47 triumph at home over Tuscola.
Addison Seggebruch drained a team-high 14 points. Addy Martinie scored 12 points and Addison Frick reached double figures with 10 points.
Also contributing to the scoring column for the Spartans were Katie Ericksen (nine points), Sara Kearney (eight points), Addison Brooks (six points) and McKenzie Atwood (two points).
Brooks, Frick, Martinie and Seggebruch all bagged two three-points. Ericksen hit one long-distance shot.
SJ-O built a 31-19 lead by halftime.
The Spartans (1-2) return to action on Thursday (Nov. 30) at Danville.
