Chrisman defeats Heritage Basketball

Chrisman snapped the two-game winning streak of the Heritage boys’ basketball team with a 71-40 victory on Saturday (Dec. 2) in Chrisman.
Brennan Struck hit a team-high 10 points for the Hawks. Rylan White, who collected the team’s lone three-pointer, followed with nine points.
Also contributing to the scoring column for the Hawks were Jacob Bensyl (six points), Destin Nickle (five points), Clark Roland (four points), Anthony Happ (three points), Brayden Jones (two points) and James Dillon (one point).
Chrisman led, 15-14, after one quarter and 31-28 at halftime, but took control with a 21-4 third-quarter third-period spurt.
Heritage (2-4) returns to action on Monday (Dec. 4) at Danville Schlarman Academy.
