To enjoy the winter season without the worry of falls, it’s important to take proactive steps to ensure your safety.
Wear Proper Footwear: Invest in footwear with good traction. Look for shoes or boots with non-slip soles and deep treads. Avoid smooth-soled shoes, as they lack the grip needed to navigate icy surfaces.
