Tuscola, the state’s top-ranked boys’ basketball team, showed its firepower on Tuesday (Dec. 12), posting a 78-14 win at home over Heritage.
Rylan White led the Hawks with eight points. Destin Nickle made three points, Brennan Struck added two points and Jacob Bensyl converted a free throw.
Tuscola jumped into a 29-2 first-quarter lead and built its margin to 53-4 at halftime.
Heritage (2-7) returns to action on Friday (Dec. 15) at home against Arthur Christian.
