Rylan White netted a team-high 15 points on Friday (Jan. 5), but the Heritage boys’ basketball team couldn’t overcome a 33-12 first-quarter deficit at home against Okaw Valley and dropped a 74-37 decision.
Jacob Bensyl added eight points for the Hawks. James Dillon and Brennan Struck each contributed four points.
Finishing with two points apiece were Eli Denmark-Collins, Destin Nickle and Clark Roland.
Heritage (3-14) returns to action on Tuesday (Jan. 9) against Tri-County in Shiloh.
