On Saturday (Jan. 13), the Hawks lost a 42-23 decision at Cerro Gordo/Bement in a first-round game of the Lincoln Prairie Conference Tournament.

Hopper connected for a team-best six points, her fourth game in a row for leading the team in scoring.

Ploense hit five points, Powell chipped in with four points and both Gracie Tate and Loran Tate ended with three points. Lubben had the team’s other two points.
