St. Joseph-Ogden remains unbeaten in Illini Prairie Conference

Addy Martinie hit the 20-point mark for the third time in her last four games on Thursday (Jan. 18) as St. Joseph-Ogden stayed unbeaten in the Illini Prairie Conference with a 46-33 win at home over Monticello.

Martinie bagged four three-point shots en route to a game-high 22-point performance.

Addison Frick nailed one three-pointer and notched 10 points. Both Timera Blackburn-Kelley and Kayla Osterbur ended with four points.

Addison Brooks’ three points were courtesy of a three-pointer. Sara Kearney made two points and Katie Ericksen added a free throw.

Frick gathered a team-best seven rebounds. Ericksen handed out six assists.

SJ-O (12-8) returns to action on Monday (Jan. 22) at Mattoon.
