Comets defeat Cissna Park

Alec Harrison tallied 19 points on Friday (Jan. 26) at Cissna Park for Oakwood’s boys’ basketball team, which was playing its seventh consecutive game away from home while posting its sixth win in that time.
The Comets downed Cissna Park, 72-46.
Carsen Dudley tossed in 15 points, Jackson Dudley scored 11 points, Brody Taflinger made 10 points and Cort Vermillion ended with eight points.
Bryson McDaniel contributed four points. Making two points apiece were Derek Drews, Hayden Thompson and Alex Wallace.
Oakwood (19-7) returns to action on Tuesday (Jan. 30) at Westville.
